Do not leave clothing items that look 'tired', faded or worn.  Sort closely for stains. These items cannot be donated- if you leave them, you are simply leaving more work for us.

❌ BRANDS WE DON'T TAKE: ❌

  • Garanimals

  • Offbrand things from Amazon

  • Gerber

  • Shein

  • Circo

  • Wonder Nation

  • Joe Fresh

  • Primark'

  • Faded Glory

  • Hanes

  • And anything comparable. These brands are inexpensive to begin with, so they're not worth reselling here.

❌ CLOTHING WE DON'T TAKE: ❌

  • Hand-me-downs/anything not purchased new in the past 4 years

  • Formal or prom dresses

  • Hand knit items

  • Cheap baby onesie shirts (exceptions: matching sets of 3 or more, new with tags, better brands, or novelty style)

  • Baby separates intended to be sold as sets (you know the cute Carter's 2 and 3 piece sets? Don't bring unless its complete)

  • Weighted sleep sacks

  • ​Anything too sexy, low cut, or grown up/lady-like (think Ann Taylor brands styles, etc)​

BRANDS/ITEMS WITH HIGH REJECTION RATE

  • Old Navy

  • Jumping Beans

  • Forever 21

  • Cat & Jack  & other Target brands

  • Wonderkids

  • H&M

  • genuine kids

  • Just One You/lower end Carters

  • Juniors clothing in general (especially skinny jeans)

  • Maternity XS/S don't sell as well as M and L

We pass on nearly 75% of brands like these.  They need to be new-like new.  Best to bring us your better brands.

❌ GEAR/TOY ITEMS WE DON'T TAKE: ❌

  • Cribs, car seats (unless BRAND new in box)

  • diaper genies

  • used baby blankets/sheets/bedding

  • used breast pumps (you may donate in our pantry, though)

  • room decor or bedding sets

  • nerf guns (unless brand new in box)

  • No recalled items are accepted

  • generic stuffed animals

  • puzzles with over 48 pieces, opened board games, or DVDs

  • Toy sets with lots of pieces, or items that are difficult to display, may not be accepted.

LARGER GIRLS/JUNIORS SIZES

'Juniors sizes' refers to any bigger girl brands such as Hollister, Pacsun, etc that have S/M/L as opposed to numbered sizes like 14, 16, etc.

  • If you have a few juniors items as your girls are starting outgrowing the 12/14/16s, you can bring them.

But once all you have is juniors sizes & brands, you've outgrown us! Find adult resale shops here.

​

  • Most junior denim is not accepted. Bring ONLY jeans purchased new in the past 1-2 years- skinny jeans hardly sell anymore

​

  • Casual styles do best. Do not bring anything too grownup, too fancy, too lowcut/sexy, or fast-fashion brands like Shein.
